npm install ali-htmlmin --save-dev

Once the plugin has been installed, it may be enabled inside your Gruntfile with this line of JavaScript:

grunt.loadNpmTasks('ali-htmlmin');

Issues with the output should be reported on the htmlmin issue tracker.
