Installation

Node JS

npm install brukerconverter

Use as a module

####Node JS As brukerconverter could be used to convert bruker files from a zip file by the use of fileListFromZip from filelist-utils package.

const { fileListFromZip } = require('fileCollection-utils');
const { getZipped } = require('bruker-data-test');

const zipFileCollection = await getZipped();
const aspirin = zipFileCollection.find((entry) => entry.name === filename);
//expand the zip content without decompress
const fileCollection = await fileListFromZip(await aspirin.arrayBuffer());
const result = await convertFileList(fileCollection);
console.log(result);
//...{ spectra, meta, source }

It is possible to use the converter if you have a path of the bruker folder by the use of fileListFromPath from filelist-utils package.

const { getCoffee } = require('bruker-data-test');
const { convertFileList } = require('brukerconverter');

const coffeeData = await getCoffee();
const result = await convertFileList(coffeeData);
console.log(result);
//...{ spectra, meta, source }
}
