Adds support for the Roole CSS pre-processor to DocPad
Convention: .css.roo
npm install --save docpad-plugin-roole
default: "\t" - string used for indentations when generating CSS
default: 3 - max number of digits to used for decimal numbers when generating CSS
default: ["o", "ms", "moz", "webkit"] - vendor names to use when prefixing rules, use [] or null to disable prefixing
