Use

hasOnly

Pass current context or test. Returns true or false.

const {hasOnly} = require('has-only')
beforeEach(function () {
  if (hasOnly(this)) {
    // a test is using it.only
    // or maybe a suite is using describe.only
    // to exclude other tests
  }

hasFailed

Pass current context or test. Returns true if some test or hook ran and failed.
