spm is a package manager, it is not build tools.

If you are looking for a build tool, Grunt(gruntjs.com - http://gruntjs.com) will be a good choice.

Stable Channel

Get the latest stable spm with:

$ npm install spm -g

Usage

$ spm help

$ spm install seajs
$ spm install jquery/jquery
$ spm install gallery/moment

You can find plenty of modules in spmjs.org.
