IronDome

A SCA scanner for ruby applications, read the gemfile.lock verify vulnerabilities use osv database.
Installation
$ gem install iron_dome
Usage
After install the gem just run the follow command on main directory of your application
this directory must have the Gemfile.lock, you can also run on a ci/cd pipeline.
$ iron_dome
Theres some optional params you can use, like, -o or --output and -d or --detail
This will generate a sarif file format.
$ iron_dome -o
$ iron_dome --output
This will show details on the current shell session like the output example below.
$ iron_dome -d
$ iron_dome --detail

Supported language and lockfile format
Development
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. Then, run rake spec
to run the tests. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and the created tag, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
