Lambchop
It is a tool that invoke AWS Lambda function from the local machine as a normally script.
Installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'lambchop'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install lambchop
Usage
Terminal 1:
$ export AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=...
$ export AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=...
$ export AWS_REGION=us-east-1
