VirtualTravelAgent

Welcome to The Virtual Travel Agent! With the help of this application, finding your next vacation destination has never been easier. This application provides you with the top ten travel destinations. Once you select a destination, you can read a detailed description of the destination.

Installation

There are 2 options for installing this application

1.) Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'virtual_travel_agent'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install virtual_travel_agent

2.) Fork and clone this repository and then cd into the repository.

Once you have either installed the gem or forked and cloned the repository simply run the following command to get the application running:

$ bin/virtual-travel-agent

Usage

This application is simple to use. Simply run the above command (bin/virtual-travel-agent) and follow the menus provided.

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
