Stringman does a lot of the slightly unusual string manipulation and regex operations for you.
Stringman is in the very early stages right now and I am still figuring out how I want to structure this and what functionality to include. The idea behind this library is to provide a simple way to do common string manipulation and regular expression matching/testing on strings in the fastest and simplest way possible.
