Ubuntu: ttkwidgets is available in the PPA ppa:j-4321-i/ttkwidgets.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:j-4321-i/ttkwidgets
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python(3)-ttkwidgets
Archlinux: ttkwidgets is available in AUR.
