  onEnter: el => {
    // When the whole element enters window
  },
  onLeave: el => {
    // When the whole element leaves window
  }
})

If you want to detect enter only once, set isOnce option to true.

new IntersectionEvents('.js-target', {
  onEnter: el => {
    // Do only once
  },
  isOnce: true
})
