Getting started
$ yarn add react-native-dmo-analytics
Mostly automatic installation
$ react-native link react-native-dmo-analytics
You will be prompted for the apiKey
and apiSecret
you should already have.
Additional configuration
Android
You will need the ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permission. Check your AndroidManifest.xml
and add the following line if is not there.
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
Manual installation
NOT RECOMMENDED! Use the react-native link
way instead.
iOS
- In XCode, in the project navigator, right click
Libraries
➜ Add Files to [your project's name]
- Go to
node_modules
➜ react-native-dmo-analytics
and add RNDMOAnalytics.xcodeproj
- In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add
libRNDMOAnalytics.a
to your project's Build Phases
➜ Link Binary With Libraries
- Run your project (
Cmd+R
)<
Android
- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java
- Add
import io.underscope.rndmoanalytics.RNDMOAnalyticsPackage;
to the imports at the top of the file - Add
new RNDMOAnalyticsPackage()
to the list returned by the getPackages()
method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle
:
include ':react-native-dmo-analytics'
project(':react-native-dmo-analytics').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-dmo-analytics/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle
:
compile project(':react-native-dmo-analytics')
Usage

DMOAnalytics.track('someEvent', { foo: 123, moreData: 'bar' });
